TINTON FALLS, N.J. - Teens here got a chance to showcase their creativity during the 2006 Monmouth County Teen Arts Festival thanks to sponsors United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union and Gannett Co. In addition to sponsoring the event presented by the Monmouth County Arts Council, the credit union also provided volunteers to help make the opening reception a memorable one. Designed to encourage artistic growth and opportunity among participating teens from 24 public and private schools in Monmouth County, the festival brought together over 1,100 students, teachers, and professional artists from various disciplines of the arts. "As part of our commitment to education, United Teletech Financial is proud to offer our support to help nurture artistic creativity among local students and create awareness of the arts in the community," said Robert J. Flanyak, vice president, retail delivery.
