WICHITA, Kan.- Kansas credit unions have another option to consider when it comes to member business services. Kansas Corporate Credit Union and the Kansas Credit Union Association have partnered with CU Business Group, LLC to bring an array of business services to the state's credit unions. The partnership aims to help launch business lending and deposit programs as well as to complement established business programs. "We've had many credit unions come to us seeking an experienced and knowledgeable partner in business services," said Kim Wheelock, senior vice president of Shared Financial Solutions, a division of Kansas Credit Union Association that partners with various business affiliates to bring products and services to Kansas credit unions. The CUSO was chosen by members of the Small Business Task Force, developed jointly by KCCU, KCUA and member credit unions, to research and determine the best method of providing credit unions with services required by their small business members, according to the corporate. Kent Gleason, executive vice president, KCCU, said the corporate chose CU Business Group for its "proven business model" and "great track record."
