SALT LAKE CITY – NetDeposit, Inc. (www.netdeposit.com), a Check 21 software and remote deposit capture solutions provider, has recently unveiled NDpro Managed Services. For financial institutions, NDpro Managed Services provides a hosted, SAS70 Type II-compliant remote capture, clearing and IRD printing solution. The new offering enables banks of all sizes to get to market quickly and reduce deployment risk by acquiring NetDeposit’s remote deposit capture technology delivered as a service. “A significant number of financial institutions have had difficulty taking full advantage of the new marketplace created by Check 21 legislation because of conflicting IT resources or limited capital for new product development.” said Danne Buchanan, CEO of NetDeposit, Inc. “NDpro Managed Services combines our industry leading software and extensive experience in successful deployments. With it banks can be up and running quickly without disruption to their internal IT environment and benefit from a lower upfront investment. Banks can then fully realize the financial and customer relationship opportunities enabled by remote deposit.” Delivered in a managed services environment, NDpro Managed Services does not require integration with the bank’s existing systems or expensive capital expenditures for equipment, minimizing the burden on internal IT resources. Banks are able to securely manage customer accounts and monitor deposit activity via a Web browser. Included in the NDpro Managed Services solution are remote capture client software, central application hosting, installation, configuration and onsite training for banks; cash letter and IRD clearing options, ongoing application and hardware maintenance and monitoring, 24/7/365 support and disaster recovery.
