ORLANDO, Fla. – DealerTrack Holdings, Lake Success, N.Y., hasformed the DealerTrack Compliance Advisory Council to assist thecompany with educating dealers about compliance issues anddeveloping additional products that help dealers better managetheir compliance risks. Council members will share their expertisein areas such as new laws and regulations, current dealershippractices, activity by state and national associations, relevantnew case law, and compliance-related products and services. Inaddition, council members will periodically review and assist inupdating DealerTrack's recently introduced Compliance Guide whichis designed to educate dealers about issues related to complianceand to offer recommended practices that dealers should use in everydeal they facilitate.
