DENVER – The board of SunCorp Corporate Credit Union has named Mark Lau as chairman. Lau previously served as vice chairman. He is senior vice president of retail delivery for Premier Members FCU based in Boulder, and also serves on SunCorp’s supervisory committee. “I’m honored that the board has chosen me as its chairman and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to help SunCorp grow and become an even stronger corporate as it continues to serve the needs of its member credit unions,” Lau said. Lau replaces Utah First FCU President/CEO Darin Moody who resigned to spend more time with his credit union and his family. The board selected Randy Hock, currently president/CEO of Denver Fire Department FCU, as vice chairman. The board also appointed William Sterner, president of Boulder-based U of C Federal Credit Union, to fill a vacant board seat.
