LOCKPORT, N.Y. – A $141,000 dividend was recently returned to members of Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union. According to the $240 million CU, each of its 39,000 members earned a bonus equal to 0.50% of their deposits in share accounts in the fourth quarter. Money market accounts also received a 0.50% bonus. All bonus dividends are based on the credit union's earnings at the end of the quarter, the CU said. Founded in 1957, Cornerstone Community FCU expanded to a community charter in 2003 to all of Niagara County here.
