COLUMBUS, Ohio – Corporate One FCU has been named as the tenth best place to work in Central Ohio among organizations with 25-99 employees by Columbus Business First, a weekly business newspaper published by American City Business Journals. This was the paper's first edition of the ranking. It determined results by employee satisfaction surveys that were independently conducted and evaluated by Quantum Market Research. Employees from 124 participating organizations answered questions to gauge their workplace in the following areas: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with coworkers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. Corporate One president/CEO Lee Butke was also featured on the cover of the Nov. 11 Business First supplement issue that profiled all of the winning organizations.
