FITCHBURG, Mass. – Workers' Credit Union recently held a free seminar targeted at women and their financial security. The `Smart Women Finish Rich' session, which was conducted by Workers' Financial Services, the CU's investment and insurance subsidiary, featured presentations on determining where women attendees stood financially; how to invest based on their values; and ways to build financial plans for their retirement, security and for major purchases such as homes. With $500 million in assets, Worker's CU serves nearly 60,000 members.
