EUREKA, Calif. – To help displaced members and their families, Coast Central CU has made a $10,000 contribution to the Hurricane Katrina disaster relief fund. The donation, made to the California Credit Union League, is on top of the "many individual contributions" members and staff from the $589 million CU have made over the past month, said Dean Christensen, president/CEO. The credit union said it will continue to collect donations at its 10 branches.
