CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Credit unions looking ahead to serving their members through prevalent communications channels in the coming years might make note of the findings in a recent Forrester Research Technographics study of more than 68,000 consumers. Among its findings, by 2010, more than 85% of U.S. households will have a mobile phone and 53% will have a laptop. Home networking also is set for growth as broadband and DSL connectivity continues to see rising adoption rates. Here's a graphic look at the findings.
