SACRAMENTO, Calif. – To get members excited about its Yuba City branch Schools Financial Credit Union has turned to sports. Grand opening events included an appearance from sports celebrity Bobby Jackson and free basketball giveaways to the first 25 new members to open a checking account between noon and 1:00 p.m. Jackson is currently featured in the credit union's billboard campaign co-sponsored by the CO-OP Network, which offers Schools' members access to more than 20,000 CO-OP ATMs nationwide. "We're pleased to be able to open this roomier branch location in order to better serve the Yuba City and Marysville community," said Schools Financial Credit Union Vice President of Marketing Nathan Schmidt. "With its newly expanded work environment, the Yuba City staff is well-equipped to serve the financial needs of new and existing members in the area."
