CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Younger consumers continue to outpace their seniors, especially senior citizens, in researching and applying for financial service products online. According to Forrester Research's Consumer Technographics studies, overall use of the online channel for researching products increased for credit cards, mortgages and checking accounts last year, while home equity research slowed slightly but still led the mortgage category for actual online applications.
