TAMPA, Fla. – MacDill Federal Credit Union (MFCU) has named Frank Carter vice president of marketing. Carter has over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry and will oversee the credit union's marketing department. Prior to joining MFCU Carter served as senior vice president/director of marketing at South Carolina Bank and Trust. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with majors in Marketing and Finance from the University of Richmond and earned his MBA from The American University, in Washington D.C. Carter is also a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) and a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).
