SCHNECTADY, N.Y. – Sunmark FCU has teamed up with Mortgagebot to launch its streamlined Internet-based mortgage application product for the CU's 46,000 members. As a result of the relationship, Mortgagebot, a provider of Internet-based loan solutions for the mortgage lending industry, will assist the $397 million Sunmark in launching its online mortgage process using the company's PowerSite software. The software will provide extensive service and support for Sunmark FCU's online mortgage review and will allow the credit union to reduce the time and complexity of the mortgage process for members. Sunmark FCU President/CEO Bruce Beaudette said implementing the Mortgagebot technology "will allow our members to review and access their mortgage in real-time and allow them to utilize the best financial technology possible."
