DENVER – After spending more than three and a half years on development, Aimbridge Indirect Lending has released its new Power Bridge technology application designed to increase efficiencies in the indirect lending process by connecting CUs with automotive dealer networks. Power Bridge transfers borrower lending data with credit union core processing systems in real time, a process the company says eliminates the need to manually re-key information and consequently reduces time, costs and human error. The tool also provides CUs with member verification. When dealers send loans applications taken at the dealer site to credit unions, borrower information is automatically transferred and compared to Aimbridge's database. From there, CUs receive borrower information such as member status, and loan and credit history. This, says Aimbridge, allows CUs to make better informed decisions.
