SAN DIEGO – There's a new site on the Web to search for credit union jobs. CUjobs.com has just been launched by Mike Lawson. Lawson is very familiar with the credit union industry, having held a number of CU-related jobs, his most recent being in PR with Symitar. He now is a PR consultant, working with such firms as eCU Technologies, the technology CUSO of Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union. The hook for CUjobs.com is simplicity, said Lawson. "I want it to be like a Monster, real simple yet comprehensive. For some of the other job sites in the industry, you have to join an organization, that's just one more barrier," said Lawson. Lawson is also touting the $1 a day posting fee for jobs, with a 30 day minimum. There are also semi-annual ($900) and annual ($1,800) packages that allow you to post as many jobs for one year.
