RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - CU Direct Corp. has appointed a new chief financial officer - Craig Montesanti. Montesanti has more than 20 years experience in both public and private organizations in a variety of finance and accounting positions. He most recently served as CFO, secretary and treasurer of LifePoint Inc., a medical products company that has patented proprietary, platform technologies for the medical diagnostic testing industry. Prior to that, Montesanti was director of finance at Aspen Marketing Group, a privately held provider of off- and online marketing services. CU Direct Corp. is the administrator of the CUDL and DecisionApp platforms and a leading CUSO of indirect lending services to credit unions. It has relationships with approximately 6,500 dealerships and more than 450 credit unions in 37 states.
