Montesanti has morethan 20 years experience in both public and private organizationsin a variety of finance and accounting positions. He most recentlyserved as CFO, secretary and treasurer of LifePoint Inc., a medicalproducts company that has patented proprietary, platformtechnologies for the medical diagnostic testing industry. Prior tothat, Montesanti was director of finance at Aspen Marketing Group,a privately held provider of off- and online marketing services. CUDirect Corp. is the administrator of the CUDL and DecisionAppplatforms and a leading CUSO of indirect lending services to creditunions. It has relationships with approximately 6,500 dealershipsand more than 450 credit unions in 37 states.
