MADISON, Wis. – As outsourcing part or all human resources functions begins to gain popularity among credit unions and leagues, HR Value Group LLC is reaping the benefits. Owned by a consortium of 15 leagues and CUNA Mutual Group, HRValue Group has seen an increase in business in the past year, and an escalating portion of that growth can be attributed to outsourcing services it has begun performing on behalf of credit union organizations, says HR Value Group President/CEO Yvonne Evers. "Credit unions are seriously considering outsourcing as a viable option to meet their human resources needs," said Evers. "In the long-run, it is cost-effective for credit unions and allows them to build a relationship and have access to highly qualified HR professionals, without having to put them on the credit union's payroll." In addition to outsourcing, HRValue Group is seeing increased use of other services it provides, such as executive search, compensation design, management/leadership training and succession planning. "We've had 30 percent revenue growth each year for the past two years and are expecting even greater growth in 2005," said Evers.
