TUKWILA, Wash. – Joe Brancucci, president/CEO of Prime Alliance Solutions, has been named CEO of Prime Alliance Services Co. LLC. Prime Alliance Services was formed last year by Prime Alliance Solutions and Dexma to streamline loan fulfillment for credit unions and bring greater efficiencies to the mortgage lending process. John Barnes, a 15-year veteran of the mortgage industry who joined Dexma last year as VP of product management, has been named president and chief operating officer. Dexma President Steve Mase will be the company's chief technology officer. The board of directors of Prime Alliance Services includes Barnes; Kathy Else, Prime Alliance CFO; Dan Green, Prime Alliance EVP; Nick Kozlak, Dexma chief development officer; Mase; and Jim Van Pelt, Dexma chief operating officer. Mase serves as chairman, Brancucci is vice chairman, and Elser is treasurer.
