CARLSBAD, Calif. – XCU Corporation, Inc. has partnered with Landmark's CU Broker software as the preferred solution for contact management and sales and referral tracking for its partner credit unions. XCU Corp. is the holding company for XCU Capital Corporation, Inc., a credit-union owned broker/dealer. The new broker platform, CU Broker, Landmark's flagship Branch Sales Automation product, gives users real-time information on customers across all lines of business to find cross-selling opportunities, track sales, referrals, events and more while reducing overhead and eliminating non-value added business practices, according to XCU Corp. CU Broker assists in centralizing the contact database across the entire credit union and automating the referral process. New electronic smart forms aim to improve the compliance review and archival process of new account forms within XCU's back office. XCU will roll out the new platform to a select group of credit union accounts, and will begin to administer support and training for their clients throughout the next several months. XCU currently partners with 30 credit unions, has 46,000 clients with more than $1.6 billion in assets under administration.
