MADISON, Wis. – CUNA & Affiliates and Atlanta-based design/build firm IBT have formed a strategic alliance to offer branch design and consulting services to credit unions. According to CUNA Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliance Wes Millar, IBT was selected based on its comprehensive range of services and customized credit union solutions. “Each credit union has a unique growth strategy, which IBT recognizes as it customizes assignments to address the credit union’s needs, whether for a cost-effective entry into new markets or a signature branch that members consider a destination for doing business,” said Millar. Over the past 20 years IBT has worked with more than 175 retail and 500 financial services clients on the development of more than 2,400 workspaces ranging from in-store and storefront to freestanding branches. “Through this alliance with CUNA we intend to serve the credit union movement by sharing our knowledge of financial institutions’ strategy, innovative design and service delivery. Being affiliated with CUNA’s strong reputation and leadership will greatly benefit credit unions and their membership,” said IBT CEO Mylle Mangum.
