ONTARIO, Calif. – The $137 million Star USA FCU has become the first credit union in West Virginia to join the CO-OP Network, the nation's largest credit union owned fee-free ATM network. "We're constantly striving to better our member services, and the partnership with CO-OP Network allows us to extend our ATM service without the expense of installing additional machines," said Star USA FCU President Dan Smithson. Star USA FCU, the fourth largest credit union in West Virginia can now offer its more than 15,000 members surcharge-free ATM availability nationwide, via their new relationship with CO-OP Network, the network said.
