TROY, Mich. -GalaxyPlus Credit Union Systems, a core processing subsidiary of Fiserv, has launched a marketing solution for credit unions that is based on CRM technology from SEDONA Corp. GalaxyPlus said it will provide credit unions with a complete view of their members as well as next-best offerings, campaign tracking, profitability and process management. The whole goal of CRM is really for a credit union to not only see which members are utilizing the CU the most, but also to help the credit union match products to members. “With these tools our customers will have a complete view of their members at their fingertips and make profitable decisions that will fit their individual base,” said Jay Slavin, Vice President of Product Development for GalaxyPlus. GalaxyPlus has 325 CU clients.
