WASHINGTON and MADISON, Wis.-The Washington, D. C. and Madison CUNA staff both overachieved on their goals for charitable giving campaigns this year. CUNA's Washington office raised $18,500 for America's Charities, which represents several charitable organizations in the Washington area. Employees can designate the charity of their choice. Not only can the Washington staff feel good about the funds raised, but they also earned their way to "casual Fridays" for 2005. CUNA's Madison office raised $50,100 for United Way of Dane County. Both offices exceeded their goals by more than 20% each.
