BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Credit union data processor EPL has added a business lending application to its arsenal.EPL partnered with Credit Union Business Services and Salem Associates to offer the Lending Automation Processing System (LAPS). LAPS covers the full lending cycle, from the loan origination process, decision making, and risk assessment to loan servicing, monitoring and management. According to EPL, LAPS can be launched as a whole commercial loan processing solution, or installed as a series of integrated modules. Tampa, Florida based Suncoast Schools is one of the first credit unions to implement the solution, which will be demonstrated at the EPL booth in the exhibit hall of CUNA's upcoming Future Forum.
