BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University Employees Federal CreditUnion (IU Credit Union) Vice President Human Resources Julie K.Ragsdale and Training Coordinator Natalia Rayzor have recentlyadded a few certificates and designations to their titles. Ragsdalehas earned a Certified Compensation Professional designation and aCertified Benefits Professional designation from WorldatWorkSociety of Certified Professionals, which is an affiliateorganization of WorldatWork, a professional association forcompensation, benefits and human resources professionals. Inaddition to these designations, Ragsdale holds a SeniorProfessional in Human Resources certification from the HumanResource Certification Institute. Ragsdale is responsible for allhuman resources functions at IUCU, as well as the credit union'semployee training program. In addition, Rayzor has recently earnedcertification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HumanResource Certification Institute (HRCI). HRCI is affiliated withthe Society for Human Resource Management and awards certificationfor both Professional in Human Resources and Senior Professional inHuman Resources. Rayzor coordinates the credit union's employeetraining program.
