LOMPOC, Calif. – CoastHills Federal Credit Union CEO Jeff York is doing his part to increase voter participation. York has recently recorded a segment for upcoming educational film, The U.S. Congress and You, The video will also feature Congresswoman Lois Capps and veteran CBS News reporter Bob Schieffer. Produced by the nonprofit Washington, DC-based Committee for Citizen Awareness, the video, which will be distributed across the country, is designed to educate high school students about the political process and the importance of voting. CoastHills FCU has also donated $3,500 to go towards video production and distribution costs.
