BATON ROUGE, La. – APPRO Systems, Inc., a popular provider of online lending solutions for credit unions, has introduced the latest version of its consumer loan automation system, LoanCenter Consumer 3.0. It is currently being used at Boeing Employees Credit Union. "The integration of the settlement services providers streamlines the processing of our home equity applications by eliminating the need to re-key information in the ordering of AVM, title and property information. The integration brings the information back into the APPRO system which can be attached to the application, making the entire process paperless," said Gary Fee, director of Consumer Loans at BECU Credit Union. LCC 3.0 includes automated Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) reporting and Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), or "truth in lending," determination capabilities to LCC users. There is also the addition of Phase I support for e-contracting, a re-design of the CarBook Module and enhanced rules to evaluate automobile delinquencies.
