FAIRBORN, Ohio – Wright-Patt Credit Union recently played host to a live national radio broadcast of The Clark Howard Show, which airs on local station News Talk 1290 WHIO-AM. Howard, a leading consumer advocate brought his show to the credit union's Fairborn branch and during the hour-long live broadcast Howard answered consumer and financial questions from some 250 members. Attendance to the event was free, and hot dogs, hamburgers and beverages were provided to guests courtesy of Wright-Patt Credit Union. "Hosting Clark Howard was a great opportunity for Wright-Patt Credit Union, our members, and the residents of the Miami Valley community," said Wright-Patt Division Marketing Manager Chris Gardner. "Mr. Howard is one of the nation's strongest credit union advocates, and the information he provides to his listeners fits well with our credit union's vision of helping our members make more informed financial decisions."
