BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Credit unions and other mortgage loan processors can now use Fiserv's MortgageServ loan-servicing system in a hosted environment around the clock, the company says. Fiserv Lending Solutions Group says it launched Realtime24, as it calls its non-stop accessibility, to support servicing operations across time zones. "The Internet has changed the habits of borrowers and has increased demand for around-the-clock customer interaction," said John Tenuta, division president of Fiserv Lending Solutions. "With Realtime24, servicing operations have full and uninterrupted use of all MortgageServ features and functions, which results in a seamless blend of global and domestic servicing operations." The around-the-clock availability joins other system enhancements of the past few years that include adding a browser-based front end, point-and-click process automation tools, application program interfacing to third-party systems and multi-institution support, the company says.
