MONETT, Mo. – Jack Henry & Associates, parent company of credit union data processor Symitar Systems, has promoted President Jack Prim to CEO and COO Tony Wormington to President. Michael Henry, the firm’s chairman and CEO, will continue on as chairman. “Jack and Tony have both been performing the responsibilities associated with these titles for well over a year now and the board felt it was the appropriate time for the realignment,” said Henry. The company said the moves were a way to better reflect the job responsibilities of Prim and Wormington. Prim has been president since January 2003, serving as COO from 2001. He also served as General Manager of the E-Services Division. Wormington has served as COO since January 2003 and before that vice president since October 1998. He joined the company in 1980 as manager of Research and Development and Manager of Installation Services.
