DALLAS – Texas Bay Area CU President/CEO Jesse Gutierrez has been elected Southwest Corporate's new chairman. Gutierrez has been on the corporate's board since 2001 and prior to that its supervisory committee since 1996. Brent Taylor, EVP of WEOKIE Credit Union in Oklahoma City was elected Vice-Chairman and Pat Mott, CEO of Arlington Federal Credit Union, was elected Secretary.
