LANSING, Mich. – State Employees Credit Union's Training and Development Department has partnered with BEI Consulting to win the International Society for Performance Improvement Michigan Chapter's 2003 Outstanding Award of Excellence. The credit union was recognized for its Assessment Center Pathway to Success program, which involved the design, development and launch of an assessment center in support of the Branch Assistant II Pilot Program. ISPI is dedicated to improving human performance in the workplace. The Award of Excellence Program is intended to recognize and reward exemplary performance in leadership and advancement of Human Performance Technology.
