I am in complete agreement with Mike Welch regarding the debate at the GAC between Jim Blaine and Ken Fergeson. I thought the barbs and “brothel' remark by Blaine that was reported in Credit Union Times was very unprofessional and does harm to the movement. I feel the same about most credit union marketing that targets banks as “evil”. I do not think that is effective and in the long run can be damaging.
