ATLANTA – Creditor Resources Inc. (CRI), a credit insurance and related technology marketing provider, has simplified insurance administration with the launch of Admin eSuite. Admin eSuite is a customized one-stop Internet portal for any time access to information such as claims, single premium refunds, single premium reconcile, remittance and/or mortgage. "Admin eSuite is simple and intuitive, with a cleaner look," said Gayla Thompson, a CRI project manager in information technology. "You can now navigate through all the functions and use added enhancements in this one portal." New features of Admin eSuite include online premium remittance, enhanced reporting capabilities, improved data exports to spreadsheets for analysis. Access to the service is available to CRI credit union clients for free.
