CHATANOOGA, Tenn. and HOUSTON- Another credit union league has selected John M. Floyd & Associates as its partner for overdraft protection, a once mildly controversial product in credit union land that is becoming more accepted. CU Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Tennessee Credit Union League (TCUL), named Floyd as its “Preferred Business Partner” for its Overdraft Privilege program. Credit union leagues in Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas and Vermont, as well as the Credit Union League of the West (CA, NV, WA, OR) and CUNA Strategic Services, Inc., have also selected Floyd.
