SEATTLE – PEMCO Technology Services, a Seattle based card processor for 230 financial institutions around the country, has announced new technology through which credit unions can issue and activate credit cards on site, while the member waits. "We're excited to be a leader with this technology," said PEMCO CEO Dan Cook. "Only through PEMCO can you issue and activate a card instantly." Brad Campbell, PEMCO Sales and Marketing Manager, explained, "Credit unions are always looking for innovative ways to increase member service. With our instant activation feature, the member can walk out the door and start using the card immediately. Instant issuance also offers the opportunity for credit unions to educate members on how to use the card." PEMCO partnered with Dynamic Solutions International (DSI) to offer this capability. "We feel DSI's CardWizardr instant issuance and instant activation product is a boon for credit unions and cardholders alike," said Campbell.
