TROY, Mich. – Fiserv credit union data processing subsidiary GalaxyPlus has added a number of new enhancements to its online banking product, NetBranch Plus. Some 200 GalaxyPlus clients use NetBranch Plus. Recent enhancements include enabling credit union members to view their check images over the Internet; delivering electronic statements to members; and providing online help – through a chat feature – to members during a credit union's non-business hours. Other enhancements include e-notifications; a feature that enables members to create an inventory of bonds and then track the interest earned and the maturity; account aggregation; statement archiving, enabling members to view statements beyond the last 90 days; a feature that helps credit unions to better cross-sell products to members; and a monitoring device that enables a credit union to continually check the availability of its home banking platform.
