CARSON, Calif. – Document Systems Inc. has released what the company calls the first fully integrated customer contact management system specifically for mortgage loan officers. LoanMagic handles lead management, client information, loan comparison, meeting scheduling, loan comparisons, rate locks and report transfers between clients and contacts. The new solution interfaces with desktop underwriting programs and other third-party service providers, and seamlessly transfers information to DocMagic, DSI's loan-closing document production software, eliminating the need to re-enter data. DSI, based in Carson, Calif., develops tools and processes for producing and completing compliant loan packages.
