SHELTON, Conn. – Sound Software Inc., a subsidiary of Open Solutions Inc., is now marketing an automated decisioning tool that it says is fully integrated within its consumer-lending platform. Sound Software currently provides lending management solutions to more than 300 community financial institutions in 32 states. Its newest product – Sound Decision – is customizable to the individual institution's criteria and interfaces with all the major credit reporting agencies, the company says. Sound Decision also allows loan decisions to be made immediately available or queued for review by an officer, and it also supports risk-based loan pricing, the company says.
