LANSING, Mich.- State Employees Credit Union's Training and Development Department won the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) – Michigan Chapter Award of Excellence for Outstanding Human Performance Intervention for their submission "Assessment Center: Pathway to Success." The entry involved the assessments and training materials developed in support of the Branch Assistant II (BAII) Pilot Program. ISPI-Michigan annually recognizes work done in six comprehensive categories. The category SECU was honored for recognizes outstanding results derived from using multiple components of instructional human performance technology.
