WARNER ROBBINS, Ga. -Robins Federal Credit Union staffers really got into the spirit of service and selling – with an old-fashioned pep rally. "Service has always been our first priority and we can do it by focusing on building and maintaining staff involvement," said RFCU President/CEO Buck Levins. "This pep rally was able to build that excitement back up and keep staff motivated." Featuring cheers from each branch, the pep rally was not only lots of fun says Levins but also a great way to get everyone together to celebrate past achievements while keeping the credit union's sales and service culture at top of mind. A total of 280 employees participated in the event.
