GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. CU clients will have a new module to assist in collections. OSI announced the launch of its asset collection management system for processing and recovering non-performing loans, negative balance deposit accounts, over limit lines of credit and legal status accounts. It offers a security controlled collection process, full asset recovery management and a reporting package. The solution can be integrated with OSI's core processing system for CUs, The Complete Credit Union Solution. Open Solutions will feature product demonstrations of the system in November at BAI's Retail Delivery Conference & Expo 2002 in Atlanta.
