Keesler Federal Credit Union, Biloxi, Miss., has named Kim Balch accounting manager. Alabama Credit Union Administration, Montgomery, has elected the following board directors: Charlotte Williams, Listerhill Credit Union; Hillard Sparks, Valley Credit Union, Tuscumbia; Preston Pratt Jr., Alabama Telco Credit Union; Sal A. Marino, APCO Employees Credit Union; Sharon Downing, Alabama River Employees Credit Union; and Thomas Jones, Alabama Credit Union. Philips Federal Credit Union, Fort Wayne, Ind., has named Tom O’Malley business development manager. Carter Federal Credit Union, Springhill, La., Supervisory Committee Director Lena Patterson, has passed away following a short illness. Patterson began her credit union career as a member service representative and retired as branch manager of CFCU’s Springhill office, after 32 years of service. She was the recipient of the Louisiana Credit Union League’s “Pewter Pelican Award” in recognition of her many years of dedicated service to the credit union movement. Following her retirement, Lena continued to serve Carter Federal on its Supervisory Committee and remained active in the Shreveport Chapter until her death.
