PARKERSBURG, W. Va. – Public Debt Parkersburg Federal Credit Union, has recently been granted a community charter. Under terms of the new charter, any person who lives or works in Wood County West Virginia is now eligible for membership. To better reflect the new field of membership, effective September 1, 2002 the $37 million credit union will be renamed One Community Federal Credit Union.
