Through its registered broker-dealer subsidiary, FOLIOfn Investments, Inc., the company offers an integrated brokerage platform featuring its "basket-trading" capability and execution, clearance and settlement services. MEMBERS FOLIO Investing is offered directly to retail customers and through intermediaries and lets individual investors buy customized portfolios of securities in a single transaction. MEMBERS FOLIO Investing is offered through a partnership between FOLIOfn Investments, Inc. and the CUNA Mutual Group. The investment service was brought to CUNA Mutual by MEMBERS Development Company, LLC, an alliance of credit unions and their service organizations. The program has a new $14.95 pricing plan that allows members to open an account and make unlimited commission-free window trades per month. Members also have several investment options including choosing to buy and sell securities for $2.95 or make automatic, recurring investments for just $1.95 and make trades that go directly to the market for $14.95.
