MILWAUKEE – Metavante Corporation has snagged the sixth largest credit union in the country as an Electronic Presentment and Payment client. The $3.8 billion United Airlines Employees' Credit Union, Chicago, has entered into an agreement with Metavante Corporation to provide EPP services to its more than 165,000 members worldwide. Metavante is the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation. The credit union hopes to launch Metavante's EPP solution in August 2002. UAECU will offer two levels of services for its members: Electronic Bill Payment, which allows members to pay any person or vendor within the U.S., and Total Bill Management (TBM) services, which allows UAECU members to view and pay their bills online. With TBM, members will have the option of having all their bills presented electronically through the UAECU Web site including paper bills, which will be redirected to Metavante for optical scanning and placement into their online account.
