ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Bankers Systems, Inc. (BSI), a provider of compliance resource solutions for financial institutions and their legal counsel, has added an application module to ARTA Lending for credit unions to further support consumer and real estate loans. The ARTA Lending Application Module is the first in a series of modules being added to the company's 32-bit Windowsr-based lending documentation solution designed for credit unions. "The ARTA Lending Application Module allows the member service representative to follow a practical, efficient way of collecting loan application information," said Peggy Wilson, director of Corporate Communications for Bankers Systems. "The user saves time and effort by collecting customer data one time for both the credit application processing and loan origination documentation. This eliminates the need to re-key data which is always a time-consuming process." The new module prints a credit application and all of the related documents. The member service representative collects and incorporates the member information once. Because the application module integrates with ARTA Lending for credit unions, it streamlines the loan process by sending information from credit applications directly into the lending documents in ARTA Lending for credit unions. The application module retains applicant information, income, and asset/liability information for various uses including loan documentation. If an application is changed during the process, the system updates and repopulates all related fields throughout the member's documentation and account profile.
