MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. -The 2002 Liberty Database Marketing Services Conference, "Credit Union Mysteries Revealed", is scheduled for Sept. 18-20 at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, Minneapolis. Liberty said mysteries such as "How CUs can retain and strengthen member relationships? What product and pricing strategies meet member needs and increase profit? How do I find out what members want and need?" will be answered at the conference. Randy Harrington, founder of Extreme Arts and Sciences, Inc., will deliver the keynote address: Fine Tools and High Stress, the art and science of relationship management for future-focused credit unions. Other conference highlights and topics include: *The changing environment of credit unions; *Generational marketing workshop; *Product pricing and its effects on profitability; *The seasonality of products; and *Tools to uncover members' financial needs. The conference also offers three pre-event workshops: MFIS on-site training, marketing trends and technology, and a discussion on where credit union members do their financial business.
