ARLINGTON, Va. – eFunds, Corporation, the nation's largest independent ATM deployer and data processor for Co-Op Network announced it has partnered with Consumer Benefit Services to offer travel, merchandise and gift certificates to debit card users. Financial institutions wanting to participate need only enroll their card base of VisaCheck or MasterCard debit cards into the DreamMiles Rewards program and their card members start accumulating award points, the company said. The DreamMiles Rewards program increases usage rates and strengthens relationship and loyalty between the cardholder and their financial institution, eFunds said. The program's benefits include reduced account attrition, improved account acquisition and increased purchase volume. "We are excited to offer this program to enhance our current debit card issuing services," said Hugh Gallagher, eFunds vice president Payment Solutions. "We believe this will provide a great way for our financial institutions to increase their debit card usage and attract new customers."
